Yep because they think they know everything. The toy market is constantly changing and evolving and they need to realize this. They also need to stop being so damn cheep with the product that put their company on the map.
That is so unbelievably cool! Almost reminds me of Mantis from Kung Fu Panda. I think Playmates seriously dropped the ball on this one (though I'm sure it's not the first time they've skipped over a good idea).

I did design a Kung-Fu Grasshopper for C.O.W.-Boys tokka. He traveled with my Kung-Fu cow character Beef Lo Mean.
Thanks rose. Thanks vaughn. IMO a lot of really unique, creative ideas were carelessly tossed aside by Playmates.
