Getting nostalgic during this 25th anniversary of the TMNT.
This is the apartment building on West Street Jim and I occupied during the early days of Mirage Studios. Good times. The best of times. Tales began here. REM fills my head as I see Jim at the kitchen table working on Bade and Orson.
I designed the Thieving God idol just up the street at Forbes Library and Mirage was at 16 Market Street.
Thanks to Dan for snapping this photo!

As a 12-year-old in 1992, I spent every spare moment drawing the TMNT, their friends and enemies. After a while, I got the inspiration to draw my own comic characters and stories, which my mom confiscated for being "too adult." And I did it all to the tunes of REM, as well.
Of course, this was probably several years after you did. ;)
