Big Fun

Back in the late 90's I was working for an agency doing illustration work. We had just picked up a new client and I was asked to recommend artists that could help out with the workload. I immediately said to call Steve. Here are two of the first covers we worked on. Steve handled the pencilling and colors, I inked. You like?

It turned out to be just what the books say...Big Fun!! Fun that continues to this very day.

I am just glad that you guys were talked into doing this blog.

And-- ANY chance you might come to San Diego Comic-Con in 2008?

You're welcome. I must say I really like both your artwork: it brings back a lot of fond TMNT memories of the days of yore :)

Thank Steve Murphy! This blog is all because of him!

We did San Diego a lot back in the early days. We loved it there. It's where Steve and I picked up our Grinch and The Ant and the Aardvark animation cels! Oh, and Steve got a killer deal on a carded Marion Ravenwood Kenner figure.
